3D work:

Plates are stretched and 3D shaped depending on their thickness and size. Steel and aluminium have different tools.
In steel, we can process a maximum of 8 mm 3D up to a length of 8 meters and a width of 1500 mm.
In aluminium, we can process a maximum of 15 mm 3D up to a length of 8 metres and a width of 2500 mm.

2D work:

Het 2d vormen is ook afhankelijk van de afmetingen van het werkstuk.
Onze rollenwals heeft een uitlading van 3 meter voor het grotere werk. Kleine delen worden geponst of met de kantbank van een radius voorzien

Press brake:

With our press brake, we can install flanges up to a maximum of 4 meters. Larger moulding up to a maximum length of 3.5 metres.
The maximum thickness of the materials to be processed depends entirely on the processing required.
We have various tools for this with radii from 0.5 to 50 mm

Forming profiles:

We form profiles exclusively in aluminium (with the exception of small steel T-profile).
Tubes, T-profile and angle profile are among the possibilities
Maximum tube 150x5 and T 250x100x10x15 mm
